Our number one priority is that all Electric Co. Employees go home safe!
Meet or Exceed OSHA Standards
All site personnel, regardless of their job responsibilities, are required to undergo OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training Certification, and all site supervisory personnel are required to obtain OSHA 30-Hour Safety Training Certification.
Provide Adequate Training
The Electric Co. conducts multiple onsite safety training sessions throughout the year to ensure that our staff are operating with safety as a priority.
Plan to be Safe
The Electric Co. and our safety consultants develop a site specific safety plan before each project taking into account the type of work being done and the environment the work is to be done in, to ensure that all involved in the project are kept safe for the duration of the work.
Rigorously Adhere to Safety Protocols
The Electric Co enforces our safety protocol at all times. We have a zero tolerance for unsafe practices. We retain third party inspectors to review and report on all safety aspects on a regular basis.
All Electric Co. employees, regardless of position within the company, are fully empowered to promote and enforce safety at all times.
